Section 8 Mural: Drink or two?

While painting a random piece in a laneway next to section 8 I was approached to bring some colour to the shipping container they have in their open air bar and I jumped at the opportunity. Section 8’s been kicking around since 2006 and is a prolific space for art by facilitating weekly music shows surrounding them with melbournes active street art and muralists.

To bring to life this colourful environment I painted two trippy birds holding a beer and a cocktail flying amongst some music notes, a cheeky piece for a fun space.
